Why is my life going so crappy? Let us explain....

Feeling like your life is just going down hill?

Is nothing really working out for you, even though you really wish it would?

Don't worry! There is a reason why these things are happening to you in life.....

Firstly, your mind is a computer. Solving equations, making computations, Storing Memories and Experiences, but the reality isn't always seen as what it really is. The truth about the "reality" is that it is solely based on only a few focal points of the human mind. When you wake up in the morning or whenever you do get up, what do you? Do you even pay attention to what you are doing or thinking about when your open for the first time of the day? Some of you do, but most of you are running on what we call "Autopilot".

You see; your brain, once it gets used to doing a certain thing, does things automatically, just like your muscles. However, sometimes you don't know if what you are doing on autopilot is either hurting you or helping you. Truthfully, over 75% of the population have something called a "routine", but is it really? I challenge you to sit down and right out the things that you have to do in the morning or whenever you get up, and show yourself what you are really doing. Being aware of this can be quite difficult, but there is an easier solution to trying to remember the patterns that you are doing in the morning when you first get up.....and that is "Change what you are thinking or doing when you first get up."

Beginning this process at night can one of the best things you do. Write down the things that you want to accomplish for the next day. This will allow you to prime yourself in the morning based on what you see that you have written down. But this is the second thing to do (looking at the list). The first thing to do is showing gratitude to everything that you have here, and for everything else that is coming. This should be done for at least 3-10 minutes, and you should pick at least 3 things to be grateful for. I know that most of us have more than 3 things to be grateful for, but we are just starting out with this new pattern of living, so three will be good enough. We call this either the "3 and 30" or the "3 and 10". These are very powerful numbers, which have massively good qualities to it. Some of these qualities are:

  • 3 is the number of living life's purpose and being positive
  • 1 is the number of new beginnings
  • 0 is the number of releasing things that do not resonate with you and the number for creation.

With these things being considered, it is also much easier to do three things at three minutes each, or doing 3 things at ten minutes each one. This practice will make it easier to have a positive attitude no matter what happened the night before or when you have just awoke. Make no mistake, that when you do this, the energy that is created when you first wake up will change as well. The more you do the routine, the more life changes will occur. Please realize that it only takes 22 days to change a pattern, even if you have had this for decades.

Education is great, but if you don't put it into practice; you won't get the true benefits out of it when you are not focused on it. Awareness is also key, for you must be able to be aware of everything that is going on around you at all times. I know that this is touch, but with practice, you will be able to make life exactly what you want it to be. Here's the four truths:

  1. Want love? Love yourself first.
  2. People will come in and out of your life, so take it as such.
  3. Disappointed or Angry, then find something positive to take you mind off of it or do something constructive with that energy. Sooner or later, that kind of fire will just burn you up into ash and leave nothing left.
  4. The Universe, no matter what you may think, has your back and can never truly tell you NO.

***Be specific in your intentions. So ask for the things that you wish to have in your life, and allow them to come to you in Divine Time. Do not force those things to come into your life. The Universe will make you wait even longer to get them. Be patient, and those things will come, if you believe that they are already there in your life. This is the key to manifestation and abundance. Sharing your experience with others is also important to do during this cycle of change. You may be able to help someone else change their lives as well.
