Everyone knows that people can get nasty during the holiday season. The biggest thing that happens during this season is STRESS....and it can most certainly get the best of us.

Here, you will find just 5 simple ways to ease those "Holiday Blues" during this time of year. However, we mustn't hold back anything from you.....so here's some truth to this season...


1.  People Suck at this time of year, except for a few. Some will walk all over your, stomp you out and harm you just to get what they are searching for when it comes to their kids and loved ones. 



2.  This is the season of giving, so if you haven't done it all year, this is the time to do it.


3.  Traffic is a mess during this holiday season, and you are going to have to be patient with many of those on the road. More accidents happen during the holiday season than any other time of the year.

Here are 5 ways that you can Calm Down and Relieve some of the stresses of this holiday season:

3. Avoid drinking coffee or eating anything with a high amount of sugar or caffeine.

5. Always remember that you are in control of how you act and react, not how others attempt to make you act and react.
