What is worry? 
Worry is an emotional response based on being overly concerned about a situation in your life. This emotion can cause many other emotions in your life that are not desirable, such as depression, paranoia, complacency, stagnant behaviors among a the many. Now, the brain sends messages to your body, which then gives a physical response within your current environment. These responses include, but are not excluding panic attacks, manic episodes, chronic bouts of anger or frustration. It can even get you to where you are not even able to go outside that much anymore. But not to worry, there is a solution, and it isn't going to be easy, but this article will help you through it.
