What is Awakening or Spiritual Ascension?
How can I deal with the signs of this Spiritual Process?
"Spiritual Awakening", which is aptly named "Ascension" can be a very difficult process to deal with. There are experiences like downloads, upgrades, and external influences that make life difficult for some people to live life day to day. Most people who starts this journey make a point to find someone that will be able to assist you in understanding this process. Finding these people (i.e. "Shamans", "Spiritual Mentors", "Life Coaches" among others) may not be an easy task. Some you will find for free, and some you will find charge fees for helping you. The truth is that there isn't just one kind of person that is going to help you with all things that you may be going through.
Now, with that out of the way, some of the sign of ascension are minimal to extreme. Some of these tall-tale signs of this process are:
Feeling or sensing that you may not be from Earth.
Itching or Itchiness on one or many parts of the body.
During the day having visions or short episodes of incoherence.
Knowing what is going to happen or what is going to be said at any given situation that comes along.
Dreaming becomes and feels more "realistic" to you; with more lucidity or capabilities within it.
With the naked eye, being able to see energy more clearly within everything on earth.
Feeling a sense of disconnection to the "normal reality" of life.
The truth is that as of 2012, we have been going through a very amazing, and somewhat challenging set of "Energy Shifting" or "spiritual downloads". These are like upgrading a computer with better software or firmware. Trust me, when you are going through this process; you will experience many things within this process. Be rest assured that you are not alone in the world that is having such experiences. There are hundreds of thousands of people that are going through this very same process that you are. Not to worry! You are not crazy, and there is not something wrong with you, even though medical specialists may think that there is, but there isn't.
